Pricing: $150.00 per night (November-April).
$175.00 per night (May-October).
This is for up to 4 people including children.
$25 per EACH additional person per night up to 6 (this includes children at the Missouri Family Vacation Rental).

2 Night Minimum Reservation.

Check In: Anytime after 5:00 PM (No Exceptions)
Check Out: No later than 2:00 PM.

Deposit: $50.00 per night required. Needs to be made within 7 days to hold reservation.

Cancellations: Cancellations for Missouri Fishing Vacation Rental, must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. Deposit can be transferred to later dates up to 6 months.

No Consideration for early departures or inclement weather.

We only have one cabin and these policies are intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent an excessive loss of income to our business. Our remote, private Missouri Vacation Rental is an advantage while you are here, but it also makes it difficult for us to re-book on short notice. Once the Missouri Family Vacation Rental reservation is made and we receive the deposit, we remove it from the market refusing all other requests.

Take Highway 32 East of Buffalo, Missouri, 3 miles to Highway H then 3 miles South. On the left is the Felin Dairy Farm (look for the Felin name on a big silo).

	No Pets (Some Guests are Allergic).
	No Smoking inside the cabin.
	No Firearms
	No Fireworks
	Fishing is catch and release except what you can eat while at the cabin.
	Hot Tub - Help us keep it clean. Keep it covered when not in use.
